Tour Plan

  • Arrival at Entebbe International Airport.
  • Transfer to your accommodation in Entebbe. Depending on your arrival time.
  • Early breakfast and depart for Murchison Falls National Park (approx. 7-8 hours).
  • En route, stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a chance to track the rhinos and later have lunch at the restaurant
  • Arrive at Murchison Falls and visit the top of the falls before checking in to your lodge.
  • Morning: Take an early morning game drive to the park to see wildlife like giraffes, lions, buffaloes, Jackals, Elephants, Leopards and a variety of amazing bird species like The Ground hornbills, kingfishers and many more.
  • Afternoon: Take a boat safari along the Nile River to the base of Murchison Falls. Along the way, you'll see elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birds.
  • Morning: After breakfast, begin your drive to Kibale Forest National Park (approx. 7-8 hours).
  • En route, enjoy scenic landscapes as you cross the western arm of the East African Rift Valley.
  • Have lunch in the Tourism City ( Fort Portal ) and later visit the Amabere Caves
  • Arrive and check-in at your lodge near Kibale.
  • Overnight at your lodge in Kibale.
  • Morning: After breakfast, embark on a chimpanzee tracking adventure in Kibale Forest. Kibale is home to one of the largest populations of chimpanzees in East Africa, and you’ll have the chance to observe them in their natural habitat.
  • Afternoon: Come have lunch at Tinkas home and Visit Bigodi Community for cultural activities.
  • Evening; Back to the lodge for Dinner and overnight.
  • Morning: After breakfast, take a hike to the Craters commonly known as the Top of the World
  • En route, stop at the Equator line for a photo opportunity.
  • Afternoon: depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park (approx. 3-4 hours).
  • Arrive at your lodge in Queen Elizabeth and check-in.
  • Early morning: Head out for a game drive in the Famous Queen Elizabeth National Park to spot the lions. Leopards, Buffaloes, antelopes, warthogs , elephants and many more
  • Afternoon: Enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and an array of bird species.
  • Morning: After breakfast, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (approx. 5-6 hours). On our way, we get a chance to visit the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth Np (Ishasha Sector ) to get a chance to spot the tree climbing lions.
  • Enjoy scenic views as you cross through terraced hills and lush landscapes.
  • Arrive at your lodge and check-in.
  • Morning: Early start for the highly anticipated gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Tracking the gorillas can take several hours, but it’s an unforgettable experience when you encounter these majestic creatures.
  • After the trek, enjoy a picnic lunch and relax.
  • Morning: After breakfast, drive to Lake Mburo National Park (approx. 4-5 hours).
  • Afternoon: Arrive and check-in at your lodge
  • Evening; Walking Safari in Lake Mburo National Park Lake Mburo National Park to see zebras, buffaloes, impalas, and more wildlife. Lake Mburo is unique for being one of the few parks where you can go on a walking safari.
  • Morning: Take a visit to the Ankole cows and return to the lodge for breakfast and transfer to Entebbe.

Start Early: Depart from your hotel in Entebbe in the morning to maximize your shoebill experience.

  • Guided Boat Tour: The highlight of your visit is the boat ride through the wetlands. A local guide and boat captain will take you along the papyrus-lined channels and shallow waters of the wetland.
  • Other Birds: You will also see a wide variety of other bird species, including malachite kingfishers, yellow-billed ducks, papyrus gonolek, African jacanas, and marabou storks.
  • Afternoon; Have lunch at the restaurant and prepare for the flight depending on the flight schedule.
