Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our Guide who will transfer to your hotel. Spend the evening unwinding after your journey, enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of Entebbe, which sits along the shores of Lake Victoria.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s most diverse and stunning reserves. Along the way, enjoy the picturesque views of rolling hills, tea plantations, and traditional villages. Arrive in the park in the afternoon, where you might spot elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes on the way to your lodge. Relax and take in the beauty of the savannah before your thrilling safari the next day.

Rise early for a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, and Uganda kobs. Traverse the Kasenyi plains, a prime location for spotting predators and their prey. In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway that connects Lake Edward and Lake George. This boat cruise offers close-up views of hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species, making it a photographer’s paradise.

After breakfast, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. The drive takes you through the Ishasha sector, where you might spot the famous tree-climbing lions lounging in fig trees. Arrive at your lodge nestled in the heart of the forest, where you can relax and prepare for the next day’s once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Today is the highlight of your journey – gorilla trekking in Bwindi! After a briefing from expert guides, venture deep into the dense forest in search of a gorilla family. The trek can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day, but the reward is an intimate, awe-inspiring encounter with these gentle giants. Spend an unforgettable hour observing their behavior, social interactions, and playful antics before returning to your lodge to reflect on this magical experience.

After breakfast, transfer back to Entebbe, passing through Uganda’s scenic countryside. You may have a brief stop at local cat Kayambwe Craft village for souvenirs. Arrive at Entebbe International Airport for your departure, carrying unforgettable memories of Uganda’s wildlife and natural wonders.
